At Colorado Better Days our mission is simple: provide a trusted, science-backed product that everyone will feel comfortable using.
After working for several months as consultants in the industrial hemp industry, we began to realize that the industry as a whole was following in the foot steps of the medical and recreational marijuana industry. By that, we mean that almost every company in the industry was using the same processes and methods that those in the marijuana industry were using. The primary focus of these processes is to create a concentrated product that consumers can smoke. While consumers are offered a wide range of non-smokable CBD products, they are offered a very limited number of options as far as extraction methods are concerned, and those offerings almost universally include harsh solvents and concentrates. While those methods are effective for targeting and concentrating certain cannabinoids, they damage and even denature other parts of the plant that have beneficial properties.
We use a proprietary method that is completely solvent free, and our hemp never exceeds 245 degrees Fahrenheit. By maintaining the full composition of our hemp, we are able to provide the maximum beneficial potential of the plant (or, the “entourage effect”) in our wide range of products. Several studies that have been released over the past several years have pointed to the increased benefits of full spectrum hemp products vs isolated or concentrated hemp products, and we want to ensure that our customers have access to all the wonderful benefits of this remarkable plant.
While the benefits of full spectrum products are undeniable, we understand that some people are prohibited from consuming any products that contain even trace amounts of THC. For these folks, we have partnered with a trusted lab here in Denver to help us produce our nano-CBD isolate capsules. We are proud to publish all our lab results, so you can trust each and every product we sell. We are thrilled that you have taken the time to read up on us, and are happy to answer any questions you may still have.
